As I scroll through Facebook and Twitter I notice a common trend...self pity. It seems like the perfect place to let everyone know your frustrations and heartaches. It brings instant gratification especially when people "like" or "retweet" your comments, but does it really solve what is happening within yourself? I have always been told to be happy and think positive. This isn't always easy to do when life gets tough or people are doing you wrong, however, it is important to your well-being to stay focused on the "good". Take a moment to think of your favorite singer, actor, dancer, ect...and I bet you can find a heartache story in their past. Let's start this week off together focusing on the positives in our lives and conquer the day with a smile on our face that can't be denied!
